It is an online course and so offers an opportunity to learn and experience IOPT Therapy for anyone who has access to internet, wherever in the world.
The course language is English, and the course timings are aimed to make the course available to a variety of time zones.
Each day will start at 12.00 am UK time and finish at 7.00 pm UK time. The starting time is usually the equivalent of 7.00 am New York time, 4.00am San Francisco time, however participants need to check because of the shifts in time in the UK and other countries in spring and autumn.
During the course Vivian will cover the basics of IOPT theory and practice, through lectures, discussion and experiential work. The course will cover the eight basic topics of IOPT theory:
The course is likely to be of interest to anyone wanting to understand IOPT better and can form part of the IOPT student practitioner's ongoing education. However, please be aware that the responsible IOPT practitioner must be prepared to commit themselves to several years of serious study, and these Education Courses can only be part of that. This Course offers the opportunity to study and learn with one of the most experienced IOPT practitioners.

Vivian's thoughts about Becoming an IOPT Practitioner
Each module will be two days online with Vivian, and will include a specific theoretical focus (see above), discussion, Intention Method work with participants, small group work and Q&A sessions.
Participants commit to the whole course. The group is a closed group, and if a module is missed it is not possibility of catching up in a future course.
The theoretical component will be based on all the books by Professor Franz Ruppert published in English, and by Vivian Broughton, particularly Vivian's latest book Trauma and Identity: IOPT Theory & Practice.
This course is intended for anyone interested in furthering their understanding of IOPT Theory and Practice, including IOPT student practitioners, and can become part of the IOPT student's ongoing learning towards becoming a practitioner.
Participants will have some knowledge of IOPT and have some personal experience of the Intention Method, whether in a group or in individual sessions. A good way to start your practitioner education is by doing the Introduction to IOPT with Lucy Jameson.
Please be aware that becoming an IOPT practitioner is a serious responsibility, and requires considerable commitment over some years. To work with the psychological vulnerability of others requires the practitioner to make such a commitment. These intensives can form part of this journey.
